
Get to know Dr. Eric Pedersen
Meet the Doctor
Dr. Pedersen has been with Great Lakes Family Vision (GLFV) since October 2020. Prior to GLFV, Dr. Pedersen worked at Fredonia Vision Center for 21 years.
Dr. P attended Indiana University Optometry School from 1992-1996 and graduated "with honors". He was awarded the Health Professions National Scholarship and served on active duty as Brigade Optometrist at Fort Benning, Georgia for 3 years. During his time at Fort Benning, he rotated as an eye consultant for the local hospital emergency department. He moved to Wisconsin in 1999.
Dr P enjoys practicing in a primary care setting and provides care to all ages. Areas of focus includes glaucoma, macular degeneration, cataracts, Lasik, dry eyes disease, glasses and contact lenses.
"I really try to get to know my patients and spend the time needed to solve their vision needs."
Dr Pedersen enjoys all types of sports and has coached basketball for the last 16 years...most recently at Grafton High School.
He enjoys playing golf, fishing, yoga, and spending time with his girlfriend and gold retriever. He also spends weekends traveling to see his 3 children
